With a T4YF program you do something good for someone else and make an impact. But it also benefits you a lot. You will work on your own development, expand your own network, make new friends and you will receive an official MDT certificate that you can use on your CV. As icing on the cake, you will also receive €200 in compensation.
The projects at T4YF are MDT assignments. MDT stands for Social Service Time. With MDT you make a positive impact on your own environment with a project of your choice. After finishing your T4YF project you will receive the official MDT certificate. This shows your future employer(s) your extra commitment and experience. This is a plus on your resume.
You do your Time 4 Your Future project voluntarily. This means that you will not receive a salary for this. But as a thank you for your efforts, you will receive a nice compensation.
After completion you will receive a financial compensation of €200.
You make an impact with your project. You use your talents to do something positive in your own environment. Because society is not something that happens around you: you are in the middle of it. You create society yourself. Time 4 Your Future gives you the unique opportunity to make a real difference, you decide in what way.
With a T4YF project you gain valuable work experience. Are you going to apply for a job or training? With your T4YF project you show that you know where your talents lie and that you can use them in practice. And you prove that you are a real go-getter. Do you think they’ll hire you?
